We are currently looking for four Administration and Sales Support to join our friendly team in Cramlington.  The successful candidates will provide support to the teams covering Learner Recruitment, Marketing, Induction, Enrolment and Compliance.  These positions will require the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to use various IT systems (including Word and Excel) and an understanding of confidentiality and GDPR.

Duties

Duties include collating and recording information using our internal IT support systems, managing queries from stakeholders and learners, answering incoming calls and making external calls as required, supporting the teams with administrative tasks specific to each team and a willingness to pick up ad hoc duties as they arise.

This work will be office based, between the hours of 9am to 2pm, our office is located at 6 Apex Business Village, Annitsford, NE23 7BF which offers good transport links and free parking facilities along with access to local amenities.
