Salary Range £25250 - £35100

As an Ofsted 2 private training provider, we are looking for exceptional staff to join our team. We truly value our support staff who have a key role in supporting and developing our learners.

You will be required to secure temporary work placements / employment for 16-18-year-old learners on Traineeships funded by ESFA across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Duties will include.

  • Book and attend employer meetings
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders and supporting young people in an educational / training provider setting
  •  Ability to provide accurate guidance to work placement organisations and employers
  •  Ability to build quick rapport with students and internal/external stakeholders
  • Carry out Health & Safety checks,
  • Attending internal and external careers events and completing employer visits. Networking with employers

Applicants should have

A knowledge of Health & Safety and a qualification in this would be a distinct advantage. You will need excellent communication skills and also a clean driving license and own transport is essential.

Experience in an educational or training environment and a good understanding is desirable.
