• Total Qualification Time: 370 hours
• Guided Learning Hours: 225 hours
• Total Credits: 37 (with at least 34 credits at Level 3 or above)
• Covers anatomy, physiology, principles of health/fitness, soft tissue dysfunction, professional practice, and sports massage treatments
• Provides skills to assess clients, create treatment plans, and apply sports massage techniques

Anatomy and Physiology for Sports Massage
- Covers the structural organization, cells, tissues, and major body systems relevant to sports massage.
Principles of Health and Fitness
- Explores the benefits of an active lifestyle, effects of exercise, components of fitness, training principles, and importance of nutrition.
Understand the Principles of Soft Tissue Dysfunction
- Examines soft tissue injuries, dysfunction, causes, severity, repair process, and inflammation.
Professional Practice in Sports Massage
- Focuses on legal obligations, scope of practice, professional standards, ethics, record-keeping for sports massage.
Sports Massage Treatments
- Delves into massage history, fundamentals of treatments, client assessment, treatment planning, massage application, and evaluation.
