Applicants must possess the required ID, in order to be eligible for this course…it’s also important to note that the SIA licencing authority may not issue licences if you have certain criminal convictions.
The Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry is aimed at learners who aspire to work as a Door Supervisor but lack the mandatory qualification to allow them to apply for the licence required to source employment in this area. The qualification is a pre-requisite under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act (2001) for individuals wishing to apply to the Security Industry Authority.
