Here’s Greta’s Personal Training in South Tyneside story …
Greta is Personal Training in South Tyneside. A contemporary dance graduate and an established self-employed yoga teacher. Albeit, Greta came to Skills North East in early 2020 to learn how to become a Personal Trainer and she’s now qualified!
Lockdown and time to evaluate life choices
It was during lockdown that Greta thought about her business as a whole. In particularly she wants to become more active in the community by creating and building a wellbeing business. This includes yoga, counselling and recently adding Personal Training in South Tyneside to the offer. Her clients now have a full holistic service for the mind, body and soul.
Greta’s future plans
Greta has taught her yoga sessions in South Shields. Teaching face to face is always the best, and now and has easily transitioned to Zoom classes though lockdown. Looking ahead plans are underway to hire a space at a local physiotherapy centre. From there Greta can concentrate fully on delivering fitness.
Greta mentioned “I’m really grateful to Claire (Fitness Tutor), she’s incredibly supportive and attentive to the classes needs. We are all students from varying fitness backgrounds and she delivers our individual needs which I appreciate. However, I felt I could fully trust her with how I want my business to be and she gave great advice.’
